Tamari Roasted Squash/Pumpkin Seeds

Tamari Roasted Squash/Pumpkin Seeds



*Seeds of one squash
*2-3 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
*1 Tbsp. olive oil
*squeeze lime juice (opt.)
*dash cayenne pepper

Clean squash seeds.  Spread out on baking sheet to dry.

Preheat oven to 350ยบ.

Mix tamari, olive oil, lime juice, and cayenne in a bowl.  Add dry squash seeds.  Spread on baking sheet and place in oven.  Bake until seeds have become dried and crisp, stirring occasionally.

**Note:  Seeds can also be dehydrated.  Put oven on lowest setting possible and allow to dry.
