-1/2 c. rolled oats
-1/2 tsp. ground flax
-1 tsp. sunflower seeds
-1 tsp. pumpkin seeds
-8 raw almonds, chopped
-1 Tbsp. agave syrup
-cinnamon, to taste
-pinch sea salt
Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Eat plain with a spoon, or soak in almond milk and eat like cereal.
